Apply for a police clearance certificate

A police clearance certificate (good-conduct certificate) shows whether you have a criminal record in Somaliland. Employers, embassies, universities and licensing offices ask for it.

Fill in your details exactly as on your National ID card.
Pay the fee with Zaad or eDahab (or in cash at the station).
The police check the records. You get an SMS when it is ready, usually within 3 working days.
Collect it at the station you chose. Bring your National ID card.
